Command a purposeful burner layout: three non-clog burners at the front left, two high-output pyromax burners at the rear left, and four non-clog burners on the right, all topped with wavy grates for stable pan movement. A standing pilot keeps the top always ready, while a standard oven and a convection oven—both with battery spark ignition—handle baking, roasting, and finishing. Run sauces up top while roasting proteins and baking sides below to tighten workflow on a single footprint.
A 22-1/2" flue riser with shelf adds quick-access storage for pans and smallwares. Durable stainless steel front, sides, shelf, and 6" adjustable legs support daily rigors, and the unit qualifies for Southbend’s Service First Program.
