Drive volume with two ovens: one standard and one convection, both lit by battery spark ignition and supplied with 4 total racks. Roast in the standard cavity while finishing trays, sides, and baked goods using convection airflow. The 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf stages pans and tools to accelerate service.
Built for busy kitchens, the stainless steel front, sides, and shelf pair with 6-inch adjustable legs to level the line and simplify cleanup.
