Two ovens—one standard and one convection—use battery spark ignition to start quickly and keep production moving.
Optimize workflow by zoning tasks: sear proteins on the Pyromax bank, simmer stocks on the open burners, and bake or roast below—all at once. The 22-1/2-inch flue riser with integrated shelf provides convenient staging for sheet pans, smallwares, and finishing touches, helping crews stay organized on the line.
