Sear, sauté, and griddle on one station to streamline tickets and reduce steps on the line. Wavy grates support steady pan movement for efficient cooking.
Two base cabinets keep stock pots, sheet pans, and utensils within reach to maintain an organized cookline. A 22-1/2 inch flue riser with shelf offers convenient staging for pans or plating. Stainless steel front, sides, and shelf handle daily use, while 6 inch adjustable legs simplify leveling and cleaning.
With 210,000 BTU and standing pilot ignition, this range is ready to respond during rushes. It carries cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF certifications and qualifies for Southbend’s Service First program.
