Wavy grates promote smooth pan movement, while a standing pilot keeps stations hot and ready between orders.
Sear proteins, sauté sides, and finish melts under the broiler without shuffling equipment. The integrated 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf adds convenient staging space for pans, spices, or small tools to keep the line organized.
Two base cabinets deliver on-board storage so essentials stay within reach of the cookline. Durable stainless steel front and sides and 6-inch adjustable legs simplify cleaning and leveling on uneven floors.
