Wavy grates steady cookware for consistent contact, while standing pilot ignition readies sections for quick turns. Chefs can stage sauté pans and griddle items simultaneously to streamline the line.
Use the open burners to simmer sauces or sear proteins as the expansive griddle cranks out pancakes, eggs, smash burgers, or quesadillas. Two cabinets keep utensils, smallwares, and backups within reach to reduce steps during service. A 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf provides extra landing space for plating, garnishing, or warming.
Built for daily production, the stainless steel front, sides, and shelf withstand heavy use and simplify wipe-downs. Six-inch adjustable legs help you level the unit and improve access for floor cleaning.
