Built for demanding lines, the Southbend 4602CC-4TL Ultimate Restaurant range pairs a 48-inch left-side griddle with two non-clog burners to execute mixed menus on a compact 60-inch footprint. Thermostatic controls let you lock in target griddle temps, while a standing pilot keeps the cooktop ready between rushes.
Sear proteins and toast buns on the griddle as sauces simmer on the burners with wavy grates. The 22-1/2-inch flue riser includes a convenient shelf to stage pans, garnishes, or plating tools for faster turns.
Two base cabinets organize on-line essentials, and the stainless steel front, sides, and shelf stand up to heavy commercial use. Six-inch adjustable legs simplify leveling across uneven floors. Deliver consistent performance with 134,000 BTU of gas power and certifications including cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF.
