Streamline workflows by running eggs, pancakes, smash burgers, or onions on the griddle while the burners handle stock pots or skillet work. Keep tools, sheet pans, or smallwares close in the twin cabinet bases to cut steps on the line. A standing pilot keeps the station ready between rushes.
Built for daily service, the unit features a stainless steel front and sides, a durable shelf, and 6-inch adjustable legs for leveling under hoods. The 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf offers added staging space for pans and plating. Total input is 134,000 BTU, and the model qualifies for Southbend’s Service First™ Program.
