Built for demanding service, the Southbend 4602CC-6R is a 60-inch gas restaurant range that helps busy lines move faster. With 287,000 BTU and a purposeful burner layout, it handles searing, sautéing, and stock work at the same time. Chefs and operators gain consistent heat and clear station organization to keep tickets moving.
On the right, three star/sauté burners in front and two pyromax burners behind deliver high heat where you need it, while the left side houses four non-clog burners for everyday production. Wavy grates let you slide pans across the top without lifting, and the standing pilot keeps burners ready between rushes.
Two base cabinets keep tools and pans within reach, and the 22-1/2 inch flue riser with shelf adds convenient staging space. A stainless steel front, sides, and shelf with 6-inch adjustable legs simplify cleaning and leveling.
