Shift from high-heat sauté to low simmer across the burners, then finish proteins or toast buns on the thermostatically controlled griddle. A standard oven with battery spark ignition handles roasting, baking, and finishing, expanding capacity without adding footprint.
Keep tools close and the line tidy with a cabinet base and a 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf. Stainless steel front, sides, and shelf stand up to daily wear, and 6-inch adjustable legs make leveling straightforward. At 255,000 BTU, this platform supports demanding, all-day service.
