Standing pilots and a standard oven with battery spark ignition promote reliable, fast starts throughout the shift.
Optimize workflow with a left-side suite of (3) star/sauté burners up front and (2) pyromax burners behind for hard sears and rapid recovery, plus (4) non-clog burners to the right for steady pans and sauces on wavy grates. Bake, roast, or finish in the standard oven while the 22-1/2-inch flue riser shelf keeps essentials within arm’s reach. A cabinet base consolidates storage to keep tools organized and the pass clear.
