Simmer sauces or boil stocks on wavy-grate open burners while the griddle handles burgers, eggs, or quesadillas. Roast proteins or bake sides in the ovens, aided by battery spark ignition for quick lighting, while the standing pilot keeps the cooktop ready between turns.
A 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf stages pans and tools, and stainless steel front, sides, and shelf stand up to daily cleaning. Set the unit level with 6-inch adjustable legs, and leverage 300,000 BTU of total input to maintain pace in a commercial kitchen. This model also qualifies for Southbend’s Service First™ Program.
