Built for high-volume cooking, the 60-inch Southbend 4602DD-3CL gas range unites four non-clog burners, a 36-inch left-side charbroiler, and two standard ovens to streamline line work. Wavy grates let you shift pans quickly while maintaining stability, so sauces simmer as steaks char to order.
Fire up the charbroiler for steaks, burgers, or vegetables while using the burners for sauté and searing, then finish in the ovens for roasting or baking. Battery spark ignition on the ovens speeds start-up, and the standing pilot keeps the top ready during rushes.
A 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf stages sheet pans and smallwares at arm's length to keep the pass moving. Stainless steel front, sides, and shelf with 6-inch adjustable legs stand up to daily cleaning and easy leveling. Delivering 294,000 BTU and carrying CSA and NSF marks, it brings dependable performance to restaurants, hotels, and institutional kitchens, and it qualifies for Southbend's Service First Program.
