Six star/sauté burners with standard grates, a 24-inch right-side charbroiler, and a convection oven help teams move from prep to firing to finish without breaking station.
Sear steaks and burgers on the charbroiler while holding sauces or rapidly reducing on the open top. The convection oven with battery spark ignition delivers fast, even baking and roasting, and the standing pilot keeps service-ready responsiveness on the line.
A 22-1/2-inch flue riser with integrated shelf and a cabinet base keep tools and pans organized, while the stainless steel front, sides, and shelf stand up to daily use.
