Elevate line productivity with the Southbend 4603AC-3CL, a 60-inch gas restaurant range that consolidates sautéing, charbroiling, and baking in one footprint. Four star/sauté burners, a left-side 36-inch charbroiler, and a convection oven help crews move from pan work to high-heat searing to consistent baking without breaking cadence.
Deliver responsive heat across the menu with 260,000 BTU total input. A standing pilot keeps the top ready, while battery spark ignition lights the convection oven fast for trays of sides, proteins, and baked items.
Built for daily service, it features stainless steel front, sides, and shelf, a 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf, and 6-inch adjustable legs for easy leveling and cleaning access. Standard grates and three oven racks support common cookware and sheet pans. This unit qualifies for Southbend’s Service First™ Program and meets CSA and NSF listings.
