Move from pancakes and smash burgers to sautéed specials without breaking workflow. A cabinet base adds on-board storage to keep tools and pans within reach.
Chefs can sear, brown, and batch-cook on the expansive griddle while the convection oven with battery spark ignition handles baking and roasting. The standing pilot on the top readies burners between tickets, helping maintain pace during peak service. Use the oven’s three included racks to stage multiple items at once.
Durable stainless steel front, sides, and shelf stand up to daily use, and 6-inch adjustable legs simplify leveling across uneven floors. The 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf creates convenient overhead space for smallwares or plating.
