Deliver 178,000 BTU of responsive heat to sear, sauté, and bake with consistency during peak service.
Griddle burgers, pancakes, or fajitas on the expansive plate while the open burners handle sauces and quick sautés on standard grates with a ready standing pilot. Finish dishes in the convection oven with battery spark ignition for dependable starts and steady results.
A cabinet base keeps essentials within reach, and the 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf provides staging space for pans and plating. Stainless steel front and sides with 6-inch adjustable legs support rigorous daily cleaning and easy leveling. Certified cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF, this range also qualifies for Southbend’s Service First program.
