The Southbend 4603CC-2RR is a 60-inch gas restaurant range engineered for high-output, line-driven kitchens. It pairs six star/sauté burners with a raised griddle/broiler to keep multiple cooking techniques moving in parallel. With 231,500 BTU of total input, it supports demanding production during peak service.
Switch seamlessly between sautéing, searing, and sauce work on the burners while finishing melts, toasts, and burgers on the raised griddle/broiler. Standard grates accommodate everyday cookware, helping crews maintain pace on tight tickets.
Durable stainless steel front, sides, and shelf simplify cleanup and present a professional line. The 22-1/2-inch flue riser with integrated shelf adds staging space, while 6-inch adjustable legs aid leveling. Certified cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF, and qualifies for Southbend’s Service First™ Program.
