Stainless steel front, sides, and shelf stand up to daily cleaning and demanding shifts.
Set, cook, and plate fast during peak service using the 228,000 BTU platform to support heat recovery. Adjustable 6-inch legs ease leveling across uneven floors and simplify under-unit sanitation. Qualifies for Southbend's Service First™ Program.
