Drive high-volume sautéing, searing, and boiling with a 60-inch gas restaurant range built for demanding service. The right-side battery combines three star/saute burners up front with two pyromax burners at the rear for heavy pots or wok work, while four star/saute burners on the left manage pans and saucework. Set up multiple stations on one footprint to streamline workflow during peak hours.
Light quickly and keep tickets moving with standing pilots that keep burners ready on demand. A 22-1/2" flue riser with integrated shelf adds plating or staging space and keeps essentials within reach. Two base cabinets provide organized storage for pans, lids, and smallwares.
Built for the line, this unit features a stainless steel front and sides plus a stainless shelf and 6" adjustable legs for easy leveling and cleanup. Total output is 311,000 BTU to support intensive cooking across the platform. CSA and NSF compliance backs operational standards, and the unit qualifies for Southbend's Service First Program.
