Drive productivity on the line with the Southbend 4604AA-2CL, a 60" gas restaurant range that unites open-top power and charbroiling in one footprint. Three star/sauté burners up front and three non-clog burners behind let chefs sear, sauté, and simmer without swapping stations.
A 24" left-side charbroiler streamlines high-heat finishing for steaks, skewers, and vegetables. Two convection ovens with battery spark ignition handle batch baking and roasting, while the standing pilot keeps the range ready between rushes.
Stainless steel front, sides, and shelf clean easily, and 6" adjustable legs simplify leveling on the cookline. The 22-1/2" flue riser with shelf stages pans and smallwares to keep workflows organized. Delivering 326,000 BTU and certified CSA and NSF, this model also qualifies for Southbend’s Service First™ Program (see program details).
