The Southbend 4604AA-2GL 60-inch gas restaurant range streamlines busy service with a high-output, multitasking cookline. Three star/sauté burners up front drive fast pan work while three non-clog rear burners manage sauces and stocks. A 24-inch left-side griddle handles burgers, breakfast, or finishing tasks without crowding the burners.
Dual convection ovens with battery spark ignition let you roast proteins, bake sides, and finish batches at the same time. With three racks per oven, you can stage sheet pans to match your ticket flow and maintain momentum during peaks.
A 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf keeps pans and smallwares within reach, and stainless steel front and sides simplify daily cleanup. Six-inch adjustable legs make leveling straightforward, and 310,000 total BTU supports high-volume production. Qualifies for Southbend’s Service First™ Program.
