The Southbend 4604AA-2RR range unifies sautéing, broiling, and baking in a 60-inch gas footprint. Three star/sauté burners up front and three non-clog rear burners under standard grates deliver responsive heat for searing, sauces, and stocks. A raised griddle/broiler adds finishing firepower for melts, gratins, and burger sears while sustaining pace with 295,500 BTU.
Two convection ovens with battery spark ignition circulate heat for even roasting, baking, and retherm. With three racks per oven, you can stage sheet pans and hotel pans to synchronize sides, proteins, and desserts. A standing pilot keeps the line ready so cooks can rotate between burners, broiler, and ovens without delays.
Stainless steel front, sides, and shelf simplify cleanup and present a professional line; 6-inch adjustable legs help you level the unit and access floors beneath.
