Roast, bake, or finish trays in the two convection ovens featuring battery spark ignition, with three racks in each oven to optimize capacity. A standing pilot supports consistent readiness during peak periods, making this platform a reliable centerpiece for busy kitchens.
Designed for daily durability, it features a stainless steel front, sides, and shelf, plus a 22-1/2-inch flue riser with integrated shelf for handy pan or tool staging. Six-inch adjustable legs simplify leveling, and a total of 260,000 BTU delivers the power chefs and operators expect. Qualifies for Southbend's Service First Program.
