The Southbend 4604AA-4GR is a 60-inch gas restaurant range that consolidates sauté, griddle, and baking in one footprint. A 48-inch right-side griddle anchors the cookline, while two open burners—front star/sauté and rear non-clog—handle pans and stockpots. Dual convection ovens expand capacity without disrupting workflow.
Sear to order, hold steady simmers, and turn out breakfast, burgers, and sandwiches on the griddle throughout service. Roast proteins, bake sides, or finish entrees in the convection ovens with battery spark ignition for consistent starts. Standing pilot readiness helps crews move from prep to fire-up quickly.
Designed for durability, it features stainless steel front and sides, a 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf for mise or smallwares, and 6-inch adjustable legs for leveling. Each oven includes three racks to stage multiple pans. This model is cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF certified and qualifies for Southbend's Service First program.
