Power line production with the Southbend 4604AA-4TR, a 60-inch gas restaurant range built to optimize busy commercial kitchens. Its right-side 48-inch thermostatic griddle, paired with a front star/sauté burner and rear non-clog burner, gives chefs precise control across breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus. Dual convection ovens expand throughput for roasting and baking while conserving valuable hood space.
Hold target surface temperatures on the griddle for pancakes, smash burgers, or searing proteins, then transition to sauces and sautés on standard grates without breaking stride. The two convection ovens support batch cooking and menu flexibility, each supplied with three racks to adapt to changing pan loads throughout service.
A 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf creates convenient staging for pans, garnishes, and smallwares, keeping the hotline organized. Stainless steel front, sides, and shelf stand up to daily wear, while 6-inch adjustable legs make leveling and cleanup straightforward for facility teams.
