Engineered for fast-paced cooklines, the Southbend 4604AA-6L 60-inch gas restaurant range combines high-output burners with flexible control. Front left hosts three star/sauté burners, rear left two pyromax burners; front right two star/sauté burners, rear right two non-clog burners to keep sauces, sears, and stocks moving. Assign stations by side to streamline sauté, high-heat searing, and steady simmering.
Dual convection ovens with battery spark ignition start quickly and include three racks per oven for staging multiple pans. Roast proteins while baking sides so the line stays on schedule. Use the capacity to batch-roast, finish casseroles, or time courses for service.
A 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf keeps tools within reach, while stainless steel front, sides, and shelf simplify cleaning. Standing pilot keeps the top ready between rushes. Six-inch adjustable legs help level the unit, and 375,000 BTU supports high-volume production.
