The left bank’s four pyromax burners unleash intense heat for rapid boils and high-heat tasks, while the front star/sauté and rear non-clog burners deliver responsive control for sauces and steady simmering.
Twin convection ovens with battery spark ignition bake and roast evenly, letting you move from breads to proteins without slowing service. Each cavity includes three racks to stage batches, and a standing pilot on the top keeps burners ready during peak periods. The 22-1/2 inch flue riser with integrated shelf provides convenient plating or pan storage right at the station.
Built with stainless steel front, sides, and shelf, plus 6-inch adjustable legs, it withstands daily rigors and levels easily on uneven floors. A total 356,000 BTU output powers through rushes while maintaining consistent results. CSA and NSF listings support code compliance, and this unit qualifies for Southbend's Service First program.
