Purpose-built for demanding lines, the Southbend 4604AA-7R is a 60-inch gas range that concentrates 356,000 BTU of cooking power into a compact footprint. A mix of specialty burners and two convection ovens equips crews to move from sauté to bake without breaking pace.
Sear and sauté on the front star burners, hold steady simmer on the rear non-clog burners, and drive high-heat production on the right-side pyromax set. Roast sheet pans or finish proteins in the dual convection ovens, each furnished with three racks to stage batches and balance ticket flow.
A 22-1/2 inch flue riser with shelf keeps pans and smallwares within reach, while stainless steel fronts and sides clean down quickly between turns. Six-inch adjustable legs help level the unit under the hood and align with existing line equipment.
