Built for busy lines, the Southbend 4604AC-2GL is a 60-inch gas restaurant range that streamlines cooking on a single footprint. Its cooktop combines three front star/sauté burners, three rear non-clog burners, and a 24-inch left-side griddle to handle simultaneous tasks. A cabinet base complements the integrated convection oven to consolidate capacity without expanding your line.
Sear, sauté, and boil up front while stock pots or sauces work on the rear, then finish batches in the convection oven for even results. Battery spark ignition simplifies oven starts, and the standing pilot keeps the range ready between rushes. With 278,000 BTU, the unit supports high-volume production across burners and griddle.
Stainless steel front, sides, and shelf withstand daily rigors, while 6-inch adjustable legs aid setup and cleaning. The 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf provides convenient staging above the cooktop. Includes three oven racks and carries cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF listings. This model qualifies for Southbend's Service First™ Program.
