The Southbend 4604AC-2TL is a 60-inch gas ultimate restaurant range built to streamline high-volume cooking. Consolidate sautéing, griddling, and baking on one footprint to tighten workflow and shorten ticket times. Its 278,000 BTU output helps you surge through peak service without bottlenecks.
Work the line with three front star/sauté burners for pans and three rear non-clog burners for stockpots or holding. A left-side 24-inch griddle with thermostatic controls keeps set temperatures steady for breakfast service, burgers, or searing. The standing pilot design supports quick turnarounds between orders.
Finish batches in the convection oven with battery spark ignition and organize tools in the integrated cabinet base. A 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf stages pans or garnishes within reach, while stainless steel front and sides withstand daily cleaning.
