Designed for busy kitchens, the Southbend 4604AC-3CR combines open burners, a right-side 36-inch charbroiler, and a convection oven in a 60-inch gas restaurant range to streamline the line. Standing pilot readiness and battery spark ignition on the oven help crews light quickly and keep tickets moving. A cabinet base adds convenient storage at arm’s reach.
Pan-sear on the star/sauté burners while the rear non-clog burners hold sauces or stocks. Charbroil steaks, burgers, or vegetables on the 36-inch section as the convection oven handles roasts or bakes on the included racks. The 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf stages smallwares and pans for faster plating.
Stainless steel front and sides clean easily, and 6-inch adjustable legs help level the unit on uneven floors. With 260,000 BTU total input, this range supports high-volume service with dependable results. It qualifies for Southbend’s Service First™ Program and carries CSA and NSF listings.
