Two front star/sauté burners and two rear non-clog burners let you sear, simmer, and sauce without downtime. A left-side 36-inch griddle expands your breakfast, burger, and searing capacity on one footprint.
The integrated convection oven with battery spark ignition delivers even baking and roasting, while three included racks support batch production. A cabinet base and 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf help keep tools and pans organized and within reach, streamlining the line.
Stainless steel front and sides stand up to daily wear, and 6-inch adjustable legs simplify leveling under hoods or on uneven floors. With 228,000 BTU on tap and standing pilots for fast re-lights, this range supports demanding kitchens from diners to institutions.
