Sear and sauté on two front star burners while simmering sauces on two rear non-clog burners with standard grates. The 36-inch left-side griddle with thermostatic controls holds accurate temperatures for breakfast items, smash burgers, or searing proteins.
Bake, roast, and finish in the convection oven with battery spark ignition, while the cabinet base keeps pans and tools within reach. A 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf offers convenient staging, and the stainless front, sides, and shelf clean quickly.
