Sear, sauté, and griddle on the same 60-inch platform, then finish in the convection oven for consistent results and smoother ticket times.
Leverage the two open burners—star/sauté in front and non-clog in back—under standard grates for rapid pan work while the griddle handles breakfast rushes, burgers, or seared proteins. The battery spark ignition on the convection oven helps speed starts, and three included racks expand your cooking and finishing options.
A cabinet base keeps tools and pans within reach, while the 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf provides extra staging space. Built with stainless steel front and sides and balanced by 6-inch adjustable legs, this gas range delivers 178,000 BTU of dependable performance and qualifies for Southbend’s Service First™ Program.
