A balanced suite of star/sauté, pyromax, and non-clog burners lets chefs sear, sauté, and simmer on demand while keeping stations organized. With 343,000 BTU, it supports high-volume production without slowing the line.
The integrated convection oven with battery spark ignition delivers even results and fast recovery. Three racks maximize batch cooking, from roasted proteins to sheet-pan sides. Bake, roast, or finish menu items while maintaining consistency across turns.
A cabinet base keeps tools within reach, and a 22-1/2 inch flue riser with shelf adds convenient pan staging. Stainless steel front, sides, and shelf with 6-inch adjustable legs simplify cleaning and stand up to daily use. Standing pilots keep burners at the ready, and this model qualifies for Southbend’s Service First™ Program.
