The Southbend 4604AC-6R ultimate restaurant range delivers high-output flexibility in a compact 60-inch footprint. With (3) star/sauté burners front right, (2) pyromax burners rear right, (2) star/sauté burners front left, and (2) non-clog burners rear left, you can sear, boil, sauté, and simmer at once. A standing pilot keeps burners ready for rapid turns during peak service.
Bake or roast in the convection oven with battery spark ignition while the cabinet base organizes sheet pans and smallwares. Three included racks let you stage multiple trays to streamline prep and cook-and-hold schedules. The 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf adds convenient space for pans, utensils, or finishing plates.
Stainless steel front, sides, and shelf withstand heavy use and clean easily, and 6-inch adjustable legs help you level the unit on any surface.
