Built for demanding lines, the Southbend 4604AC-7L 60-inch gas restaurant range streamlines searing, sautéing, and simmering in a single footprint. Two front star/sauté burners and two rear non-clog burners handle sauces and steady boils, while four left-side pyromax burners power high-heat production.
Fire up the convection oven with battery spark ignition to bake or roast across the menu; three included racks let you stage multiple pans for service. A cabinet base keeps essential cookware within reach to minimize steps during peak periods.
The 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf provides convenient landing space for pans and plating. Stainless steel front, sides, and shelf pair with 6-inch adjustable legs for alignment and cleanability, and a standing pilot keeps the top ready between rushes at 324,000 BTU total.
