The Southbend 4604AC Ultimate restaurant range streamlines a busy line with a 60-inch gas platform featuring five star/sauté burners up front and five non-clog burners in the rear. Cooks can sear proteins, sauté sides, and hold sauces simultaneously on standard grates with reliable standing pilots for quick, consistent starts. This ten-burner layout helps organize stations and keep orders moving.
A built-in convection oven with battery spark ignition speeds even baking and roasting, ideal for batch cooking vegetables, proteins, or sheet-pan items. Three included racks expand capacity and flexibility, while the cabinet base keeps pans and tools within arm’s reach to reduce steps. The 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf provides extra staging space for smallwares or plating.
Stainless steel front, sides, and shelf, plus 6-inch adjustable legs, withstand daily rigors and simplify cleaning. With 362,000 BTU and CSA/NSF listings, it fits high-volume restaurants, cafeterias, and production kitchens. Qualifies for Southbend’s Service First™ Program.
