The Southbend 4604AD-2CL Ultimate Restaurant range delivers a flexible 60" gas cooking suite for busy lines. Three front star/sauté burners, three rear non-clog burners, and a 24" left-side charbroiler let crews sauté, simmer, and char at once. Consolidate high-heat searing and pan work without sacrificing stations or pace.
A standard oven and a convection oven, both with battery spark ignition, expand your finishing options. Use the four included racks to batch roast, bake, or stage components during peak service. This layout helps chefs and operators manage volume while maintaining consistent results.
Built with stainless steel front, sides, and shelf, plus 6" adjustable legs, it stands up to daily use and simplifies cleaning. A 22-1/2" flue riser with shelf keeps tools within reach, and standing pilot readiness supports fast turnarounds. At 339,000 BTU and CSA, NSF listed, it suits high-output kitchens and qualifies for Southbend’s Service First™ Program (see program document for details).
