A right-side 24-inch charbroiler sears steaks, chicken, and vegetables without leaving the sauté station.
Drive output with two ovens—one standard and one convection—both lit via battery spark ignition for dependable starts. Roast, bake, and finish while keeping tickets moving; convection promotes even results, while the standard cavity manages everyday batches. Four racks included support multi-level cooking.
Built to endure with stainless steel front, sides, and shelf, plus a 22-1/2" flue riser and 6" adjustable legs to fit your line. A standing pilot keeps burners ready, and 339,000 BTU delivers the firepower for peak service.
