Six open burners—three star/saute up front and three non-clog in back—let you sear, sauté, and simmer multiple pans at once while a 24-inch right-side griddle handles smash burgers, pancakes, or finishes.
Streamline cook-and-hold workflows using the dual ovens: a standard oven for everyday roasting and baking, plus a convection oven for even, faster results. Both light with battery spark ignition, while a standing pilot keeps the top ready between rushes.
Stage pans on the 22-1/2-inch flue riser shelf and clean up quickly with stainless steel front and sides. Four included racks expand batch capacity, and 6-inch adjustable legs help you set the perfect working height or align with existing suite equipment.
