Power your line with the Southbend 4604AD-3CR, a 60-inch Ultimate restaurant range that combines burners, charbroiler, and dual ovens in one footprint. The right-side 36-inch charbroiler sears steaks, burgers, and vegetables while four burners — two star/sauté up front and two non-clog in back — handle sauces, searing, and stock work. Standard grates support common pan sizes for smooth transitions between tasks.
Keep tickets moving with a standard oven and a convection oven, each with battery spark ignition for quick starts. Roast proteins in the standard cavity while you bake or finish in the convection section. Four included racks expand capacity for multi-pan production.
A standing pilot, 305,000 BTU total output, and a 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf support high-volume workflows. Stainless steel front, sides, and shelf plus 6-inch adjustable legs simplify cleaning and setup across varied kitchen layouts. Qualifies for Southbend’s Service First™ Program.
