Command a busy line with the Southbend 60" gas restaurant range, model 4604AD-3TR. Front star/sauté burners and rear non-clog burners handle delicate sauces and high-heat searing, while a right-side 36" thermostatic griddle knocks out burgers, breakfast, and finishing work.
Switch from sauté to bake without breaking stride thanks to dual ovens—one standard and one convection—both lit by battery spark ignition. Stage multiple pans on the four included racks to batch roast, bake, or reheat while keeping tickets on time.
Drive throughput with 273,000 BTU, standing pilots for ready-to-cook operation, and a 22-1/2" flue riser shelf for staging and plating. Stainless front and sides with 6" adjustable legs streamline cleaning and alignment on the line. This unit qualifies for Southbend’s Service First™ program.
