Power busy service with the Southbend 4604AD-7L 60-inch gas restaurant range. A versatile burner suite—two star/sauté up front, two non-clog in the rear, and four pyromax on the left—lets you sear, simmer, and sauce in parallel. A standing pilot helps keep the cooktop ready between turns.
Streamline production with dual ovens: a standard oven for roasting and finishing, and a convection oven for fast, even baking and retherming, both lit by battery spark ignition. Use the included four racks to stage batches or swap trays efficiently. The 369,000 BTU output supports peak-volume menus.
Improve workflow with the 22-1/2-inch flue riser and integrated shelf for pans, mise, and plating. Durable stainless steel front, sides, and shelf with 6-inch adjustable legs simplify cleaning and leveling across varied floors.
