Command a busy line with the Southbend 4604CC-2RR, a 60-inch gas Ultimate Restaurant range that combines six open burners—three star/sauté up front and three non-clog in back—with a raised griddle/broiler for finishing and searing. Move seamlessly from rapid sauté to steady stock work while keeping a broiler ready for melts or caramelization.
Standard grates provide continuous support across the top, while two base cabinets keep essential tools and pans within reach. Chefs can stage sauces on the rear bank and use the front for à la minute production to accelerate ticket times during peak service.
A 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf expands landing space for pans or plating, and 6-inch adjustable legs help you level the unit on any line. Built with a stainless steel front, sides, and shelf, this 231,500 BTU platform is certified cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF; it also qualifies for Southbend’s Service First™ Program (see document for details).
