Griddle burgers, eggs, or tortillas while using the open burners for searing, sauteing, or simmering—ideal for breakfast lines, short-order stations, and all-day menus. Stage plates and smallwares on the flue shelf and consolidate dry pans or bulk items in the two cabinets to streamline service.
Built with a stainless steel front, sides, and shelf, plus 6-inch adjustable legs, this range is ready for daily commercial use and easy alignment on the line.
