The Southbend 4604CC-6R is a 60-inch gas restaurant range built to accelerate high-volume production. Delivering 311,000 BTU, it blends intense heat with control so chefs can move from searing to simmering without slowing the line. Ideal for busy restaurants, hotels, and institutional kitchens.
A purposeful top layout streamlines workflow: three star/sauté burners on the front right for rapid sautéing, two pyromax burners on the rear right for stock pots and other high-heat tasks, plus two star/sauté burners front left and two non-clog burners rear left for steady, even cooking. The standing pilot keeps burners ready for instant ignition throughout service. Position stations side-by-side to reduce steps and ticket times.
Durable stainless steel front, sides, and shelf simplify cleanup, while 6-inch adjustable legs level the unit over uneven floors. Two base cabinets add convenient storage, and a 22-1/2 inch flue riser with shelf provides extra staging space for pans and smallwares. CSA and NSF listed; qualifies for Southbend's Service First™ Program.
