Six top burners—three star/sauté up front and three non-clog in the rear—team with a 24-inch left-side griddle to handle searing, sautéing, and all-day breakfast work. With 291,000 BTU, it delivers the firepower to keep tickets moving.
Finish roasts, bake sides, or hold casseroles in the standard oven with battery spark ignition, while the cabinet base keeps essential cookware within reach. A 22-1/2-inch flue riser with integrated shelf creates a convenient staging area for pans and plating, improving workflow on busy lines.
A standing pilot provides dependable lighting for fast turnarounds, and stainless steel front, sides, and shelf stand up to daily cleaning. Level the unit quickly with 6-inch adjustable legs.
