Engineered for demanding kitchens, the Southbend 4605AC-2RR is a 60-inch gas restaurant range that consolidates high-output cooking, broiling, and baking into one footprint. With 244,500 BTU and stainless steel front, sides, and shelf, it delivers rugged performance service after service.
Work the line efficiently: three non-clog front burners keep sauces and sauté moving, while two rear Pyromax burners concentrate heat for rapid boils and searing. A raised griddle/broiler expands finishing options, and the convection oven with battery spark ignition accepts the included three racks for batch production.
A cabinet base helps organize essentials, and the 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf makes smart use of vertical space. Standing pilots keep the cooktop ready, and cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF listings support compliance. Qualifies for Southbend’s Service First™ Program.
